We are looking for a dedicatedbuilding manager (m/f/d)—including those changing careers or retirees—to manage our building complex with approximately200 apartmentsinHeilbronn.

Your responsibilities: 

  • Performing minor repair work (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, unclogging drains, installing toilet seats or shower rods) 
  • Monitoring and inspection of building services systems 
  • Contact the property management office  
  • General maintenance and inspection tasks related to the buildings 

Your profile: 

  • Manual dexterity and technical understanding 
  • Flexible schedule (work approximately twice a week; working hours can be arranged flexibly) 
  • A Class B driver's license is preferred 
  • Good written and spoken German 
  • A reliable, independent, and responsible work ethic

Your responsibilities:
– Performing minor repair work (e.g., changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, clearing clogs, installing toilet or shower rods) 
– Monitoring and inspecting building services systems
– Liaising with property management
– General maintenance and inspection tasks related to the buildings

Your profile:
– Manual dexterity and technical understanding
– Flexibility regarding working hours (assignments approx. 2x per week, working hours can be arranged flexibly) 
– A Class B driver’s license is preferred
– Good written and spoken German
– Reliable, independent, and responsible work ethic
